Some time ago we came across a maker who applies this same philosophy to his craft and who, moreover, creates products closely tied to gastronomy: Fernando Brambilla and his brand of designer aprons, Bramby Supply. Although our products are extremely different, the way he works on them, from the initial concept to the final detail, has much in common with our own.
And this great affinity became a collaboration: the purchase of a Novara kitchen comes with a complimentary Bramby apron. More than a courtesy, it is a symbol: that of those of us who have understood that design is made to last.

An apron built to last a lifetime
Bramby is pronounced with a Yankee accent: its aesthetic makes that clear. Its founder, Fernando Brambilla, left his native America behind to settle in the Pyrenees, where he began designing aprons that answered a very clear idea: to create durable, functional and aesthetically understated pieces, made for those who work with their hands, value things well done and need a piece built to last.
Made from fabrics such as Japanese denim, waxed canvas or vegetable-tanned leather, his aprons are stitched to endure, age well and gain character over time. Built to last a lifetime. Their look takes us to the Wild West: a modern ranger feel that does not seek to stand out, but is always ready.
And although this figure might seem alien to Mediterranean culture, it ends up feeling deeply familiar thanks to its sense of freedom, its determined aesthetic and its adaptation to the surroundings.
Which Bramby apron would suit each Novara kitchen?
With two brands so closely aligned, it is easy to create a set of pairings between their offerings. Here is our winning combination:
- PURA: clean lines, absolute white, visual lightness. It would pair with the black waterproof model, with natural leather straps, which keeps its elegance even on rainy days.
- N3 in rust finish: mineral character, earthy textures, restrained volume. It would be ideal alongside the raw canvas apron with aged leather: warm, artisanal, uncompromising.
- Lacquered system in anthracite grey: technical sophistication, understated presence. It would be complemented by the dark denim with visible stitching, for those who cook with a firm hand and love plating dishes with an architectural air.
- Any Novara model, but set in a lush, exuberant garden: a fusion with the surroundings. Here the moss-green waxed canvas model rules, discreet and absolutely faithful to the nature around it.

More than a promotion, a statement
Including a Bramby apron with every Novara kitchen is, quite simply, a form of coherence. Because if we design kitchens that last for decades, that withstand water, sun and wind, that neither age nor fade, we need accessories that are up to the same standard. Finding them is, of course, no easy task, but, as Bramby would say: this ain’t our first rodeo.
