Novara offers five outdoor kitchen systems: N1, minimalist and focused on the essentials; N2, with complete freedom of dimensions and finishes; N3, floating architecture with sculptural proportions; PURA, with straight geometries in metal and stone, and LAVA, in glazed volcanic stone. PURA and LAVA are collections designed by the studio CirculoCuadrado.

Yes: Novara is the outdoor kitchen brand with the most personalisation options. All the systems are modular and combine finishes, materials and appliances, and the N2 system also accommodates special widths to suit any space.

N1 is Novara’s essential system: minimalist in design, with sintered stone surfaces and C5-M lacquers. N2 is the origin of the Novara systems and the most flexible: it allows special dimensions and also HPL finishes. N3 is the masterpiece: cantilevered side modules that create a floating architecture.

PURA is a Novara collection designed by the Barcelona studio CirculoCuadrado and launched at Milano Design Week 2024. It redefines minimalism with straight geometries and a combination of two noble finishes: liquid metal (gold, copper, bronze or titanium) and Breccia Imperiale natural stone.
LAVA is Novara’s collection in glazed volcanic stone, designed by CirculoCuadrado: rounded edges, induction built in beneath the worktop (Novara x NOVY Undercover) and a hidden sink. Its Magma finishes and lacquers are named after volcanoes: Etna, Fuji, Teide and Timanfaya.
On LAVA, the induction hob disappears beneath the glazed lava surface thanks to Novara x NOVY Undercover technology: there is no hob, no frame and no black glass. The worktop is continuous and, when you need it, becomes a cooking zone.
Yes. The Novara Builder configurator lets you choose the system, modules, materials and finishes, see the kitchen in your own space using augmented reality, and receive a personalised quotation.
Novara offers more than 50 finishes in 7 materials designed for the outdoors: sintered stone (Dekton® and Inalco®), C5-M lacquer, HPL (Trespa®), liquid metal, natural stone, magma (glazed lava) and fabric for LAVA’s benches and sofas.

Q-XTREM® is a technology developed by Novara and inspired by the shipbuilding industry and the finishes of luxury yachts. It protects surfaces from humidity, salinity, UV radiation, temperature changes and knocks, with low water absorption and easy maintenance.
Yes. Novara kitchens are designed for marine environments: Q-XTREM® technology withstands humidity and salinity, and the C5-M lacquers are suited to the corrosivity category of marine environments. That is why they work in beachfront homes, penthouses and exposed terraces.
C5-M lacquer is the marine lacquer Novara uses on the N1, N2, N3 and LAVA systems. C5-M is the corrosivity category for marine environments. There are 12 colours, from Blanc to Antracite and Rosso, plus four volcanic shades exclusive to LAVA.
Yes. Novara works with Dekton® by Cosentino, an ultra-compact surface that is highly resistant to sun, heat and stains, with finishes such as Keyla, Kreta, Rem, Sabbia, Sirius, Zenith and Grafite for N1 and N2. More about Dekton in outdoor kitchens.
Yes: combining materials is part of Novara’s personalisation. For example, a sintered stone worktop with C5-M lacquer fronts, or, in PURA, liquid metal with natural stone. The possible combinations depend on the system; an adviser can help you choose them, or you can try them out in the configurator.
Novara offers 12 appliances that can be built into all its systems: Argentinian grill, charcoal barbecue, kamado, gas barbecue, taps and sinks, hobs, paella burner, beer tap, pizza oven, fridge and ice bucket, wine cooler and wooden cutlery holder.
Yes. Novara builds a beer tap into its outdoor kitchens without breaking the line of the cabinetry, alongside the wine cooler and fridge so your drinks are ready when you are. How to serve each drink at its ideal temperature.
It depends on how you cook: the gas barbecue is the most practical and quickest; charcoal gives the traditional smoky flavour; the ceramic kamado is ideal for slow cooking, and the Argentinian grill lets you roast with total control of the fire. In a Novara kitchen, you can build in more than one.
Yes. The pizza oven built into a Novara kitchen works in any season: besides pizzas, it is ideal for bread, roasts and vegetables. Ideas for using it all year round.
Yes. Novara’s materials are low-maintenance and repel stains thanks to Q-XTREM® technology. For everyday care, soap and water are enough on the worktop; the grill is cleaned after each use with a brush and degreaser, and the sink with disinfectant.
Yes. Novara kitchens are designed to stay outdoors in any climate: Q-XTREM® withstands rain, humidity, strong sun and temperature changes. Care varies with the climate: protecting it from cold and snow is not the same as protecting it from heat and salt air, which is why we recommend adjusting how often you clean it.
