Novara offers five outdoor kitchen systems: N1, minimalist and focused on the essentials; N2, with total freedom of size and finish; N3, floating architecture with sculptural proportions; PURA, straight geometries in metal and stone; and LAVA, in glazed volcanic stone. PURA and LAVA are collections designed by the studio CirculoCuadrado.

Yes. Novara is the outdoor kitchen brand with the most customization options. Every system is modular and mixes finishes, materials and appliances, and the N2 system also offers special widths to fit any space.

N1 is Novara’s essential system: minimalist design with mineral surfaces and C5-M lacquers. N2 is where the Novara systems began and is the most flexible: it supports special sizes and HPL finishes. N3 is the masterpiece: cantilevered side modules that create a floating architecture.

PURA is a Novara collection designed by the Barcelona studio CirculoCuadrado and launched at Milano Design Week 2024. It redefines minimalism with straight geometries and a pairing of two premium finishes: liquid metal (gold, copper, bronze or titanium) and Breccia Imperiale natural stone.
LAVA is Novara’s collection in glazed volcanic stone, designed by CirculoCuadrado: rounded edges, induction built in beneath the countertop (Novara x NOVY Undercover) and a hidden sink. Its Magma finishes and lacquers are named after volcanoes: Etna, Fuji, Teide and Timanfaya.
On LAVA, the induction cooktop disappears beneath the glazed lava surface thanks to Novara x NOVY Undercover technology: no cooktop, no frame, no black glass. The countertop is one continuous surface, and when you need it, it becomes a cooking zone.

Novara offers more than 50 finishes in 7 materials made for the outdoors: mineral surface (Dekton® and Inalco®), C5-M lacquer, HPL (Trespa®), liquid metal, natural stone, magma (glazed lava) and fabric for LAVA’s benches and sofas.
Each system has its own palette: only N2 offers HPL, only PURA offers metal and natural stone, and only LAVA offers glazed lava and fabrics. See all finishes.
Q-XTREM® is a technology developed by Novara and inspired by the marine industry and the finishes on luxury yachts. It protects surfaces from humidity, salt, UV radiation, temperature swings and impact, with low water absorption and easy upkeep.
Yes. Novara kitchens are built for marine environments: Q-XTREM® technology stands up to humidity and salt, and the C5-M lacquers are rated for the corrosivity category of marine environments. That’s why they perform in oceanfront homes, penthouses and exposed terraces.
C5-M lacquer is the marine-grade lacquer Novara uses on the N1, N2, N3 and LAVA systems. C5-M is the corrosivity category for marine environments. It comes in 12 colors, from Blanc to Antracite and Rosso, plus four volcanic tones exclusive to LAVA.
Yes. Novara works with Dekton® by Cosentino, an ultra-compact surface that stands up to sun, heat and stains, in finishes like Keyla, Kreta, Rem, Sabbia, Sirius, Zenith and Grafite for N1 and N2. More about Dekton in outdoor kitchens.
Yes. Mixing materials is part of customizing a Novara. For example, a mineral-surface countertop with C5-M lacquer fronts, or on PURA, liquid metal with natural stone. Which combinations are possible depends on the system. A design specialist can help you choose, or you can try them yourself in the configurator.
Novara offers 12 appliances that integrate into every system: Argentine grill, charcoal grill, kamado, gas grill, faucets and sinks, burners, paella burner, beer tap, pizza oven, refrigerator and ice bin, wine fridge, and a wooden utensil holder.
Yes. Novara builds a beer tap into its outdoor kitchens without breaking the line of the cabinetry, alongside the wine fridge and refrigerator to keep drinks ready. How to serve every drink at the right temperature.
It depends on how you cook. A gas grill is the quickest and most convenient, charcoal gives you classic smoky flavor, a ceramic kamado is ideal for low-and-slow cooking, and an Argentine grill gives you total control of the fire for a true asado. In a Novara kitchen, you can build in more than one.
Yes. The pizza oven built into a Novara kitchen works in every season. Besides pizza, it’s great for bread, roasts and vegetables. Ideas for using it year-round.
Yes. Novara’s materials are low-maintenance and stain-resistant thanks to Q-XTREM® technology. For everyday care, soap and water on the countertop is all you need. Clean the grill after each use with a brush and degreaser, and the sink with disinfectant.
Yes. Novara kitchens are designed to live outdoors in any climate: Q-XTREM® stands up to rain, humidity, intense sun and temperature swings. Care varies by climate. Protecting a kitchen from cold and snow is different from protecting it from heat and salt air, so we recommend adjusting how often you clean it.
