What Dekton is and why it works outdoors
Dekton® is an ultra-compact surface from Cosentino made from minerals subjected to extremely high pressure and temperature. The result is a material with almost zero porosity, built to withstand what an indoor kitchen never faces: direct sun, rain, freezing temperatures, salt air and sudden temperature swings.
That’s why it’s one of the surfaces we use for the countertops and fronts of Novara outdoor kitchens.

How to care for a Dekton countertop outdoors
It’s easy to maintain: water and a mild soap for everyday cleaning, then dry with a soft cloth. For grill grease, use a non-abrasive degreaser.
