What Dekton is and why it works outdoors
Dekton® is an ultra-compact surface from Cosentino, made from minerals subjected to very high pressures and temperatures. The result is a material with almost zero porosity, designed to withstand what an indoor kitchen never experiences: direct sun, rain, frost, salt air and sudden changes in temperature.
That is why it is one of the surfaces we use for the worktops and fronts of Novara outdoor kitchens.

How to maintain a Dekton worktop outdoors
Maintenance is simple: water and a neutral soap for everyday cleaning, then dry with a soft cloth. For barbecue grease, use a non-abrasive degreaser.
