Among chimneys, rooftops and the green bronze domes that line the Paris skyline, this penthouse is a prime stage for outdoor living. From up high, the City of Light unfolds in 360 degrees, and every corner of the terrace was planned to take full advantage of the view. With lounge and dining areas and, of course, the outdoor kitchen at the center, the design is clear: combine style, function and durability in a space made for enjoying it all, French chic at its best.
The choice was a Novara N2 system with an AIR bar, anchoring the terrace with a clean, contemporary look. Custom-built, the kitchen brings a wok burner, gas grill, sink and faucet together in a single linear module. The light, clean-lined countertop contrasts with the dark mass of the cooking appliances and rests on a wood front that adds warmth. The AIR bar, visually floating above the main surface, becomes a gathering spot and extends the kitchen’s function without crowding the space.
The layout keeps the workflow organized while leaving the sight lines open. Materials were chosen for durability and for how well they stand up to the elements, so the kitchen handles heavy use without losing performance or beauty. The result is a precise balance of technique and style, fully in tune with the terrace as a whole.
With this project, Novara shows how it turns city terraces into elegant places to gather, pairing high performance with a design in harmony with its surroundings.
