Located in Madrid’s Conde Orgaz neighborhood, this single-family home represents a precise balance between contemporary architecture, refined interior design and outdoor spaces designed for everyday use. Open to the garden through a large L-shaped terrace, the first floor integrates living areas, outdoor dining room, swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen, conceived as the functional and scenic core of the complex.

The project, signed by Emmme Studio, posed a clear challenge: to design an outdoor kitchen with elegant aesthetics, but equipped with high-performance technical solutions. Novara’s N2 system precisely met this demand. Made entirely to measure, it was adapted to the volume defined by the porch to accommodate the various cooking, preparation and washing modules. The whole ensemble is articulated around a linear countertop with a Dekton Kelya finish, whose dark, mineral texture dialogues with the metalwork and the vertical panels of wooden slats that frame the space.

The kitchen includes a professional Argentinean grill and gas paella pan, precisely integrated into the worktop to ensure visual continuity and operational efficiency. The layout responds to a criterion of use: orderly workflow, differentiated zones and durable materials capable of responding to both exposure and intensive use. The base cabinets, also finished in Dekton, house the storage spaces and reinforce the sober geometry of the whole.

This space, protected by a canopy of pure lines and topped by technical ceiling lighting, completes an environment in which the boundaries between architecture, furniture and infrastructure disappear. The choice of outdoor furniture, the proportions of the ensemble and the attention to detail reinforce a unitary reading, without dissonance or superfluous elements.

With this intervention, Novara once again demonstrates its ability to respond to high-level residential projects, with technical solutions that do not require aesthetic concessions and a precise execution that integrates naturally into the overall architectural discourse.
