Sound as a secret ingredient

Outdoor kitchens, and especially in spring, offer a great advantage: sounds that become more sophisticated, that are diluted and that are more natural to us, as they should be. It is no longer the constant hum of household appliances, voices bouncing off the walls or traffic filtered through the glass: now it is air moving the leaves, birds in the distance and the crackling of the fire itself and the main ingredients. Then, of course, there are the guests, but we encourage you to whip out the whip, if necessary, to turn the volume down to “French”, at least while you’re cooking.
